Bookings on the site
To book in our service, you have to correctly fill in the booking form below the calendar on the apartment page. After approving the data entered in the booking form (by clicking [Book Now!] Below the booking form), information containing the booking data together with the confirmation of the booking will be sent to the e-mail address specified by you.
NOTE! Filling in the form and its approval does not mean that the initial booking has been completed. It is necessary to confirm the booking.
Confirmation of booking
After accepting the data filled in the booking form, a request for making a confirmation of the booking together with a confirmation link will be sent to the e-mail provided by you Clicking on the confirmation link, which you will find in the received message, confirms the booking. Confirmation of the booking will take the client to the booking site, where he or she will find all the data and further instructions necessary for completing the process. The confirmation of booking must be made within 24 hours after the booking in case of prepaid and non-prepaid bookings, and within 2 hours in case of a Last Minutebooking. Booking which is not confirmed within that time will be cancelled. The moment the booking has been confirmed correctly, its status changes into initial booking.
NOTE! The later the booking is confirmed, the more probable it becomes that another person will make the same booking in the service. In such a situation, earlier booking that has not been confirmed will be cancelled. Remember to confirm the booking made earier, immediately after receiving the message containing the link.
This is the booking which has been confirmed by clicking the link sent to the e-mail address specified in the booking form. Initial booking is marked in yellow in the calendar. The status of the initial booking means that in the time of its duration no other client can make a booking of the same facility in the same period. Initial booking must be confirmed by completing one of the following actions: making a prepayment, sending a written declaration, or filling in an electronic declaration of payment. Depending on the type of booking, there will be different forms of confirming it.
NOTE! The initial booking status is temporary, and it lasts for 72 hours in case of prepaid and non-prepaid bookings, and 2 hours in case of Last Minute bookings. After that time, all unconfirmed bookings will be cancelled.
To accept a booking complete one of the following actions:
- make a prepayment or pay a higher amount (including the whole cost of booking),
- send a written declaration of payment by fax or a registered delivery letter, together with a copy of an identity document (identity card, driving License, or passport)
- fill in an electronic declaration of payment, also calling to confirm the booking (the number provided on the booking site)
After confirming the booking, its status changes from initial to proper. The time to confirm the booking is 72 hours in case of prepaid and non-prepaid bookings, and 2 hours in case of Last Minute bookings. No booking confirmation in the specified time will result in cancellation of the booking. All information concerning proceedings connected with booking confirmation can be found on the booking site. Depending on the type of booking, the client can choose different types of booking confirmations. Prepayment bookings can be confirmed only by making the prepayment. Non-prepaid bookings can be confirmed by sending a written declaration of payment, or by making a prepayment. The Last Minute bookings can be confirmed in every possible way, that is by: filling an electronic declaration of payment, and calling to confirm after that, making a prepayment, sending a written declaration of payment. In case of bookings which accept different forms of confirmation, a client can choose any of them. After confirmations which include making a prepayment and sending a written declaration of payment, a client must click the buttons on the booking site which confirm the actions. Confirmation of the above-mentioned actions will inform the administrators of the service about the booking confirmation and possible time of making a prepayment or providing a written declaration of payment longer than the specified 72 hours (in this case a client is obliged to justify by email why the time of making the payment or receiving the declaration has been extended). Confirmation through filling in an electronic declaration does not require confirming in the service, but it has to be done by phone on the number provided after filling in the electronic declaration of payment. Contact by phone is to confirm the Last Minute booking, and specify the place and time of receiving the keys. In case of problems of being put through with the number provided on the booking site, a client should report the problem in the comments, or contact a Zasypiam.com consultant.
It is a booking confirmed by: making a prepayment (prepaid, non-prepaid, Last Minute), sending a written declaration of payment (non-prepaid, Last Minute), filling in an electronic declaration of payment together with confirming by phone (Last Minute). The proper booking status means that during the time of its duration no other client can make a booking of the same accommodation unit in the same period. The proper booking lasts from the moment of confirming the booking to the moment the client arrives to the booked facility, pays the full amount due for the booking (if they did not do it earlier), signs a property lease and receives the keys.
It is a booking which requires making a prepayment of 30% of the full booking value. In case of the prepayment booking, making the prepayment is the only possible form of confirming the booking. Time for making the prepayment is 72 hours. All available forms of payment are described on the booking site, as well as in the Payments tab.
A booking which a client can confirm without a prepayment by sending by fax or a registered delivery letter a written declaration of payment. After sending the declaration, it has to be confirmed on the booking site by clicking on the button, which informs about the declaration being sent. An alternative to the confirmation of the non-prepaid booking is making a prepayment, which also has to be confirmed by clicking on the right button on the booking site.
Booking Last Minute
The Last Minutebooking is a booking made maximum 5 days before the arrival - i.e. if the day of booking is 5 days or fewer before the planned arrival, we have a Last Minutebooking. The Last Minute booking can be confirmed by filling in the electronic declaration of payment along with confirming it by phone on the number provided after filling in the declaration. Alternatively, the Last Minute booking can be confirmed by making a prepayment or sending the electronic declaration of payment.
Last Minute discount
An apartment may be discounted for the Last Minutebookings, which is marked in the basic Information in the Last Minutefield. No information about such changes means that the apartment does not have it. Last Minute discounts are assigned on the initiative of the owners of the apartments.
The booking site is a site which is generated for the client when he or she clicks on the confirmation link sent in an email after a booking is made in the service. The booking site contains all the necessary information concerning the booking, as well as all information for further proceedings.
It is a payment for a part of the booking. The prepayment amount has been set by 30% of the full value of the booking. The value of the booking prepayment may be different if it is decided so by the owner in accordance with Zasypiam.com, and if the information about the amount can be found in the prepayment field in the basic information about a given apartment. Prepayment can be made directly on the booking site of a given apartment, after conforming the booking. All methods of making a prepayment, as well as all forms of payment can be found on the booking site and in the Payments tab. A prepayment is one of the available forms of confirming the booking; it changes the booking status from initial to proper. After making a prepayment, it has to be confirmed by clicking on the button responsible for the confirmation of prepayment on the booking site. If no prepayment is made in time specified for given bookings, the booking is automatically cancelled. Time for accepting your booking by making a prepayment is 72 hours from the moment of confirming your booking. If a prepayment is made after the 72 hours, the Zasypiam.com system will not take note of receiving it, earlier clicked button of confirmation of making a prepayment temporarily stops the process of booking cancellation. In such a case, the client will be informed about further proceedings via email.
Written declaration of payment
It is a document which allows to make a non-prepaid booking without the need to make a prepayment. A written declaration is a form of confirming a non-prepaid booking, and an alternative form of confirming the Last Minute booking. The written declaration can be found on the booking site, and it is sent to the client by e-mail after confirming the booking. Correctly filled declaration should be printed and, together with a scanned identity document (identity card, driving license, passport), sent by registered delivery letter to the following address:

Sending documents should be confirmed by clicking on the right confirming button on the booking site. The declaration being sent, the booking status changes from initial to proper. Time for accepting your booking by sending a written declaration is 72 hours from the moment of confirming your booking. If the declaration is sent after the 72 hours, the Zasypiam.com system will not take note of receiving it, earlier clicked button of confirmation of making a prepayment temporarily stops the process of booking cancellation. In such a case, the client will be informed about further proceedings via email.
Electronic declaration of payment
An electronic declaration is a form whose filling in will confirm the Last Minute booking. Time for filling in the electronic declaration of payment is 2 hours from the moment of confirming your booking. If no form is filled, and the booking is not confirmed with another method (making a prepayment, sending a written declaration of payment), the booking is automatically cancelled. After filling in the booking form correctly, a phone number will be shown on the booking site, to the owner of the apartment or to the person responsible for the booking of the accommodation unit. After the number is viewed, the client has to contact the above-mentioned person to confirm the booking and specify all the details connected with the time of arrival, signing a property lease, and receiving the keys. The phone conversation ends the process of confirming the booking, and changes the booking status to proper. If there is a problem with being put through with the provided number, you have to inform our service immediately.
A booking may be cancelled automatically in situations specified in the rules and in this information on booking, as well as when the booking is not completed because of the client. At the same time, every client can cancel their booking on their own at any moment they choose. In order to do that, you have to click on the button responsible for the booking cancellation, which can be found on the booking site, or click on the cancellation link sent to the e-mail address specified by the client. After canceling a prepaid booking or other booking with prepayment, you will not get a refund on the prepayment. In such a case the prepayment is treated as a cancellation fee. Canceling of non-prepaid and Last Minute bookings confirmed by sending a written declaration of payment or filling in an electronic declaration of payment entails the need to pay a cancellation fee specified in the given declaration.
A fee regarding non-prepaid and Last Minute bookings, which has been
- 10% of the booking value 16-20 days before the planned arrival
- 20% of the booking value 11-15 days before the planned arrival
- 25% of the booking value 6-10 days before the planned arrival
- 30% of the booking value less than 6-20 days before the planned arrival
In case of a Last Minute booking the cancellation fee is 30% of the full value of the booking amount. In case of a booking with a prepayment, the cancellation fee is the prepayment, which is not refunded in this situation.
The cancellation fee must be paid in time specified in the declaration into the Zasypiam.com account.
No cancellation fee paid in the specified time will entail consequences specified in the rules.
