The rules of Zasypiam.com

I. INTRODUCTION

The following regulations specify the rules and conditions of renting the accommodation facilities in the Zasypiam.com service. Making a booking in the service is tantamount to accepting the rules and all its resolutions. A booking is tantamount to a property agreement between a client and the owner of the booked apartment.

II. BOOKING

III. PAYMENTS FOR BOOKINGS

If a client has decided to pay the whole amount of the booking or its remaining part after arriving at the facility, the payment should be made the first day of the stay to the person responsible for passing the keys.

IV. CANCELLATION FEES AND OTHER PENALTIES

If a cancellation penalty is imposed, the client is informed by letter about all the details connected with making the repayment to Zasypiam.com.

V. THE SCOPE OF THE PROPERTY LEASE

The agreement between Zasypiam.com and a Client concerns only the accommodation in a given facility (the renting of the unit). Other goods, such as e.g.: meals, daily program, etc. are decided by the client. It is possible to calculate the whole cost of the stay on the site of a given facility. The bills (gas, electricity, water) are included in the price of the lease. A client is not obliged to make additional payments, which have not been presented on the sites of given facilities, except for the animal fee. (item. 11.)

VI. COLLECTING THE VOUCHER, ARRIVAL, ACCOMMODATION AND PASSING THE KEYS, STAY AND DEPARTURE

The moment the proper booking has been made, every client receives a Voucher on the e-mail specified earlier, which contains contact data of the person responsible for the keys, the exact address of the booked accommodation unit, as well as detailed information on the booking. The Client is obliged to contact the person responsible for the keys the day before the arrival, in order to inform him or her about the exact time of arrival, and to arrange passing the keys. The Client is obliged to inform the person responsible for passing the keys immediately by phone if he or she is not able to arrive at the specified time. However, this doesn't absolve the Client from the obligation of making the full payment for the stay, if the change has not been the owner's fault (shorter stay, delayed arrival, other force majeure).

After arriving at the accommodation unit, the client should make the rest of the payment immediately, if such is required. Paid booking entitles the client to be lodged. Accommodating the client in an accommodation unit is based on a written or oral agreement between the owner of the accommodation unit and the client. The person authorized by the owner of the facility to make the agreement can be the person responsible for the keys. After concluding the agreement between the client and the owner of the facility, the keys are passed.

The client is obliged to meet the deadlines of the stay and departure. The time of stay is established during the booking made in the Zasypiam.com service. The time of departure should be established with the person responsible for passing the keys. The client is obliged to inform the person about the exact time of leaving the facility, when he or she is being accommodated.

It is possible to change the time of checking in and checking out after previously arranging it with Zasypiam.com and the person responsible for passing the keys.

VII. CLIENT'S OBLIGATIONS

The voucher specifies the number of guests allowed to stay in the rented facility. If the number changes, the client is obliged to inform the Zasypiam.com company. The person responsible for handing in the keys has the right to refuse to do so, when the number of guests does not equal the number provided in the voucher. The client's obligation is to look after the facility and its devices. If the client encounters any damage or shortages in the facility, he or she is obliged to inform the person responsible for passing the keys. If it is the client who causes the damage during the stay, he or she is obliged to cover the costs of the repair. The owner of the damaged property decides about the method and the cost of compensation.

VIII. CHANGES IN BOOKING

Client has the right to change the booked period after making the prepayment, provided that the change takes place minimum 14 days before the planned date of booking. The change concerns the same facility and the length of stay. When canceling, you have to cancel the initial booking, and make a new one in new time, filling the field "Notes" with the number of the booking paid for in the beginning. If the new time you choose falls on a more expensive season, it is necessary to cover the difference of the price. Complementing the amount due takes place during the settlement with the person responsible for the keys.

It is possible to extend the time of stay (depending on the accommodation possibilities of a given city). When extending the stay, the client is obliged to inform Zasypiam.com by phone or e-mail.

It is possible to change the number of guests of a given booking. The client is obliged to inform Zasypiam.com about this fact by phone or e-mail, within 2 days before the planned arrival.

IX. PASSING THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS ONTO ANOTHER PERSON

Authorization conferred on a client during the booking can be passed onto another person if the person agrees to take the responsibility for all obligations being a result of the booking. The client is obliged to inform Zasypiam.com about the introduced changes, and to provide all the required personal data of the person who accepts the rights and obligations connected with the booking.

X. FREE STAY OF A CHILD UP TO 5 YEARS OLD

A child who is less than 5 years old can stay in an accommodation unit free of charge if he or she sleeps with an adult person or in their own bed, and doesn't require additional bedding. Each guest can take only one child whose stay is to be free of charge. When the number of children allowed by age to stay in a unit free of charge exceeds the number of the carers, the stay of the children becomes chargeable automatically.

Note: children whose stay is free of charge should not be included in the overall number of guests of a given booking. It is required to mark in the "Notes" of the booking form the number of children whose stay is free of charge. Providing the number of children, you must also mark their age.

XI. STAYING WITH AN ANIMAL AND THE RESULTING FEES

The owner of an accommodation unit decides if animals are allowed in the facility. Information concerning staying with an animal, as well as the price of such a stay, should be provided on the site of a given facility in its description or the notes. The fee for an animal is not included in the full cost of booking, and it should be paid the moment the client arrives at the unit and receives the keys. The client is fully responsible (also financially) for all the damages caused by the animal. The owner of the damaged property decides about the method and the cost of compensation.

XII. PRESENCE OF A FORCE MAJEURE

The owners reserve the right to change the booked apartment into a different one. The situation can take place in case of complicated situations which are difficult to predict, whose effects cannot be fixed by conventional means. The owner reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of situations which have the character of a force majeure. It is binding also in a situation when the safety of the client or his property is at risk, for reasons which are not dependent on the Zasypiam.com company. All incurred payments will be refunded, except for the amounts for already used services.

XIII. COMPLAINS AND LEGAL CONFLICTS

In case of irregularities, a client is entitled to file a complaint within 14 days from their occurrence. Complaints, objections and all kinds of criticism should be sent by e-mail to the address office@zasypiam.com or by fax to 012 396 58 23. The owner is entitled to investigate them within 14 days from the day they have been received . The client will be informed about the decisions immediately.

The proper law for the disputes between the owner and the client is the Polish law, the civil code in particular. Possible legal disputes will be investigated by the court of law proper for the owner of the accommodation facility.
